The Union Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Thiru T. R. Baalu has approved seventeen road improvement works under Central Road Fund (CRF) proposals in the State of Uttar Pradesh at a total cost of about Rs. 183.83 crore
In that proposal, an amount of Rs. 967.60 lakh has been approved for widening and strengthening of 20.50 km of Anjan Shaheed-Pakwa Inar-Hazipur Road in Azamgarh district
Work has been started but in slow pace. if the road is wideened, it will be extremely helpful to travel for the people who live around this road. And it will also create a rapid growth in transport industry. during the peak hours and festival, when main road (varanasi-azamgarh-gorakhpur) gets jammed, this road can work as by-pass. although it acts as by-pass, but because of narrow wide, most of vehicles such as bus, truck and other heavy loaded vehicles avoid to use this road.
now if we talk about the passengers who live around this road, this road is nothing but a "PAGDANDI"। no buses, no any other tranport facilities. if you have your own vehicle, take rest otherwise leave it to the god. although not every regions like anjan shaheed , pakwa inar , maltari and many have problem but most of villages which are far way, have problems।
so let me thank to टी R. BAALU and i hope work will be completed within one or two years.
