how strange feeling we have when we miss something...something that is unforgetable and very close to your heart. but i think this is life and everyone knows what the life is. it goes on..on..on.
we,far away from our hometown, still have a keen and tender feeling for our village, our culture and our festivals. now if we talk about the festivals, village is considered as the best place to be celebrated.so my village is not an exception. it also celebrates the festivals in the wild way.

this festival which is called as "CHAT POOJA" is celebrated after DIWALI. people gather around a pond and the women go in the deep for worshipping the god "SUN".
this festival can be called as a new festival because it was not known in UP 5 to 6 years back. it originated from BIHAR and spread to UP, MP and other state. it has a long history behind it but we do not need to go in detail. so now, let us move to ANJAN SHAHEED. In ANJAN SHAHEED, it is celebrated at two places. people of ANJAN SHAHEED MARKET go to NURUDDINPUR due to a flowing canal, splitting NURUDDINPUR and NAITHI. and now people of ANJAN SHAHEED VILLAGE, MAGARUGANJ, DEVAPAR, CHAKIYA, PATAR AND SOHRAIYA gather at a pond located in MAGARUGANJ near a SHIV TEMPLE.
